Channel by channel
Different channels can carry different stories, and matching them correctly is most of the work.
Where each story does its work
Press, podcasts, and panels can really only use two of your stories, Origin and Impact, because journalists need people and outcomes, not architecture. And what they need most is the line, the six-second version, because journalists work in quotation, and a story without a quotable compression will be compressed for you, usually badly. So walk into every interview with your lines already decided. That is not cynical; it is doing the editor’s job in advance, which is the only reliable way to be quoted accurately. Social platforms are where the system pays compound interest. Each deep version is a quarry that yields dozens of small pieces, the scene, the insight, the line, the lesson, the question. A simple rotation, one story type per week on a six-week cycle, turns your six deep versions into a content engine that never runs dry and never drifts off brand, because every piece is cut from the same six blocks.
