AI at deployment scale
You can use AI to adapt your stories across formats and channels at scale, but only if you are clear about what it should and should not do.
The machine adapts, it never invents
Here is the line that matters, and it is more precise than the slogan people reach for. AI must not invent your raw material, and it must not decide what is true about your story. Those are yours. What it can do, and do well, is help you structure, compress, adapt across formats, compare versions, and spot where your logic is weak. So the method is the one you have seen on the AI sheets throughout the course, and it has four parts. Paste the full deep version, not a summary, because a thin input returns convincing-sounding emptiness.
Specify the output precisely, format, length, audience, platform, because the brief is the quality. Name what must survive the translation, the single image, the emotional register, the line, because AI smooths edges by default and the edges are where the story lives. And forbid invented detail explicitly: instruct it to add no claim or detail not in the source material, then run a quality-control pass to check it obeyed. The rule underneath all of it: the machine may select, compress, and reshape from your deep version. It may not invent the material or decide its truth. And the quality of what comes out is bounded entirely by the depth of what you put in.
