Extract and deploy the Product

You have the deep Product version. You cut from it the same way. Four things to find.

The Product extractions

The extraction sheet covers all four with Clara’s answers.

One last altitude note, because this is what catches founders of multi-product companies. They reach for one giant Customer Story to cover everything, and it goes vague, because different offerings serve different changes. The story that unifies a multi-product company is not the Customer Story or the Product Story. It is the Origin, the Purpose, and the Vision, the three you built in Parts 1 and 2. Those operate at the company level. Customer and Product Stories operate at the offering level: one per change, one per mechanism, each deployed where that offering lives, its product page, its persona landing page, its sales deck. Let the upstream stories do the unifying. Do not force one Customer Story to carry products that live different lives.

One resource before we close this out. Every product page and sales deck also carries an FAQ, the questions a buyer brings after the story. There is a sheet for it in your resources, the Build Your Product FAQ. It turns the questions customers really ask into answers written the plain way, outcome first, then the mechanism. Build it once your Product Story is settled.

Now the failures, and then your payoff.
