The Master Table

You have built six stories across these four parts. The first job of this course is to get all of them, and their working parts, onto a single page, because that is what turns six separate stories into one coherent system.

The consistency architecture

Here is why a single page matters so much, and it is the deepest idea in this course. Positioning, how a company is understood and remembered, does not set through reach. It sets through repetition that agrees with itself. If a person hears ten slightly different versions of who you are, assembled separately, those ten fragments fight each other in their memory and nothing sticks. But if everything they hear, the line in a post, the telling at an event, the long version on a podcast, is cut from the same six blocks, then every exposure reinforces every other, and the picture builds. Ten fragments fight each other. Three lengths from one source build something, and the audience does the building for you. The Master Table is how you keep all of it agreeing with itself.
