The payoff
Play it back. Then read your built Impact Story aloud. The before was a result, stated as a number or a vague success, from the outside. The after is a before, a change, a proof, and a meaning, built around a real person. The distance between those two recordings is what you built in this course, and if you can hear it, so can every room you ever show your proof to.
