Exercise: write the deep Impact version

You are going to write the deep version of your Impact Story, built from one real result you already have.

Build from evidence you already have

Pick one thing that genuinely changed because of your work, for one person, in one situation, however small. The discipline is the one you know by now: write it long and unrefined, privately, including the parts you would not say in a pitch, in this case the temptation to inflate it, to round up, to imply your best result is your typical one. And honour the order even in the deep version: the before, then a short change beat, then the evidence, then the meaning last.
