You are here because something is not quite landing yet. Or because you can see that moment coming. Or because nobody has ever asked you to build this before. All three are the right reason to be here, and all three end in the same place.

Let me show you what I mean by doing the thing before I explain it.

Notice what just happened. I have not introduced myself properly. I have not shown you a curriculum. And you already know more about whether to trust me than any credentials slide could tell you. There was a moment in that story, a fact about my son’s future, that did more work than everything around it.

That was an origin story, built with the exact framework you are about to learn. And the reason it works has nothing to do with talent. It is method. Buildable, by you, from your own material, whether you have been running a company for ten years or you are starting next month with nothing written down at all.

And what you hold here is not a communication manual. It is a framework for finding the stories that are already inside you, and learning to use them with intention. The founders who have done this work do not just tell better stories. They lead differently. They hire differently. They pitch differently. They build companies that people want to be part of, not just buy from.
