Capstone: the whole system, performed
Here is the final exercise, the one this whole course has been building toward.
Record your six minutes
Build and record your six-story pitch, about six minutes: all six of your stories, assembled into one continuous arc, the way Clara’s ran. Origin, then your Context Bridge, then Purpose, Vision, Customer, Product, Impact, each at its home length, each cut entirely from the deep versions you have already written. The Context Bridge is not one of the six stories, but it belongs in the six-minute performance whenever timing matters, exactly as Clara wove it in after her Origin: one short beat on why now. Nothing invented. One digression at most, and remember, the six minutes is permission to slow down, not permission to add everything. Take the time to get it right, then record it.
Then play it against two earlier recordings. First, the pitch you recorded when you started assembling the system, in Part 4, Lesson 3.1. And second, if you have it, your very first before recording, the ninety seconds from the very beginning of Part 1, before you had built anything. Listen to all three in order. That is the full distance you have travelled: from someone explaining their company to someone telling its story, in six parts, from depth. Hearing those three recordings back to back is one of the clearest ways to hear what changed.
