Section Three. We build your Product Story, what becomes true when you enter their life.

The Product Story picks up exactly where the Customer Story ended, at the longing, and it has four parts.

And if you sell several products, you write one Product Story per mechanism. If three products work the same way to produce the same transformation, that is one Product Story, told once. If one product changes a customer’s life through a different mechanism, that earns its own. Same test as the Customer Story, one level down: count the mechanisms.
