The pair at work
You built two stories. Here is how they deploy together, which is almost always as part of a larger arc.
The pitch arc
In a pitch, the three inward-facing stories run in sequence. The Origin opens, ninety seconds, answering the room’s first silent question: why you. The Purpose frames, present tense, the fight, compressed to its line. And the Vision closes, the future-world scene, what the room is being offered a share of. Three stories, one arc, and notice the Origin you built in Part 1 is feeding both of the stories you built here. In hiring it is the same shape: the fight they would be joining, and the future they would be building. The pair does not travel alone. It travels with the Origin, and together the three of them are most of what makes a room believe you.
