Brand Personality

Humans are social animals and one of their deepest needs is connection. And the more alike someone is, the faster the connection happens.

If we want to build a connection to our tribe then we need to create a personality as real as a human being (or as close as it can get). We want our customers to talk to us, laugh with us, open up their hearts to us and fall in love with us.

Roadmap

Here we look at your long- and short-term goals, where your business stands today, and then define the gap between the two. Knowing that gap will help you identify your most pressing action items.

To create your action plan, we will generate touchpoints and prioritise the most urgent ones for analysis. We use that insight to lay out a long-term plan that will guide your organisation to the next level.

With your core-team of up to 5 people we work through our tailor-made brand strategy framework.

The completion of the strategy workshop takes 3-5 days, and requires your engaged commitment. It is done either online via Zoom or in-person.
